Salah satu cara saya applikasikan adalah memasang muzik (tanpa suara) semasa anak sedang membuat latihan ulangkaji atau kerja rumah. Tapi pastikan muzik adalah jenis lembut, beralun dan membangkitkan emosi atau semangat dan juga membantu anak lebih fokus.
Di sini saya kongsikan beberapa musical pieces yang saya guna semasa anak belajar semasa saya memandu (yes, amazingly these music pieces really help you in focusing while driving, too) dan juga alunan musik lembut yang dipasang semasa tidur.
Aktiviti ini akan memberi ransangan kepada beberapa bahagian otak. Semasa anak tidak mengulangkaji atau semasa tidur, anda juga boleh memasang alunan zikir dan ayat suci Al-Quran dan member impak yang sama, tetapi tidak semasa belajar kerana semasa belajar, adalah tidak digalakkan untuk mendengar sebarang suara kerana fokus akan terganggu.
Boleh dimulakan sebaik sahaja bayi lahir, sehinggalah dewasa. No age limit and restrictions.
