Sleeping cycle Aisyah dan Sofea dah mula saya "tune" masa mereka baby. Semasa baby and toddlers, they can sleep from 6pm to 7am. Sekarang, kedua-dua mereka tidur sebelum jam 9pm dan bangun pada jam 5.30am. Ini rutin wajib.
Jika Jumaat dan Sabtu, mereka dibenarkan tidur lewat. Tp weekdays, pkul 9pm semua dah kroh krohhh.. Dengan jumlah tidur yang mencukupi, sekurang-kurangnya saya tahu bahawa mereka tidak akan keletihan di sekolah, tidak tidur semasa guru mengajar dan aktif di sekolah, sekaligus membantu untuk faham pengajaran yang guru mereka sampaikan.
Didiklah anak tidur untuk mendapat tidur yang cukup.
